this morning im in my office doing some research related to my task for the day. I found my job as less chamllenging because my superior is not pressing us to achieve the best. I presume most staff are performing mediocre tasks which are demoralizing. Nonetheless, I have to endure this situation because I have families in the philippines needing my financial support.
